It may be necessary to review the building layout in order to create the ideal work environment.
Klick can complete a feasibility study to assess the most cost effective and practical solution. 2D and 3D layouts are then presented to illustrate options to make the most of your available space.
As part of our fit out service we can re-configure your workplace to create laboratories, offices and canteen or breakout spaces.
If your business is growing you may need to expand your lab facilities or move into new premises.
Our experienced fit out team can convert buildings into laboratories. Existing office or warehouse space may be suitable for conversion and can be transformed into fully serviced labs. By installing partitioning, it is possible to create space for separate meeting rooms, offices or board rooms.
Our designers recommend including an element of flexibility when planning new laboratory facilities in order to future proof against change. Mobile laboratory furniture and flexible breakout spaces are key to a modern workspace and allow for fluctuations in staff numbers or changes in lab processes.
