From the very first telephone enquiry, the service we have received has been exemplary. Your Sales Manager, turned up when he said he would and delivered prompt and timely quotes, which were most acceptable to us. He took into account my request for the units to be supplied and fitted before a CQC inspection, which has been achieved. I received updates as to what was happening and when, and received an email the day before fitting to see if this was acceptable. On the day of the installation, they turned up at the said time, promptly commenced without disruption to the unit and left the area tidy.

PROJECT BRIEF
The brief was to assess the storage needs of various departments within the hospital to maximise the potential space available.
THE RESULTS
The needs of each department were assessed including the Bronchoscopy Unit, the Pulmonary Oncology Unit, the Sexton Suite and a recovery unit. A combination of tall and base cabinets were fitted to include antibacterial liners and trays. Base units were fitted with an HTM63 worktop, including an integral 50mm upstand.
Selected tall cabinets were also fitted with telescopic runners at low level in order to accommodate heavy items, such as fluids and IV packs. The telescopic runners are designed so that full extension of the tray is completely supported and trays can easily be removed even when fully loaded.
An existing cupboard in a brick built corridor was retro fitted with cabinets, antibacterial liners and a combination of trays/telescopic runners to improve the storage capacity.
All units were silicone sealed into position, adhering to infection control procedures.
The installation ran smoothly and the hospital were very positive about Klick’s service.
