... They were able to strip out old equipment, update our lighting, decorate, lay new floor and of course install workstations for us. Despite my initial concern that they were some distance from us, they were able to react immediately to our needs. Their sales department were able to knowledgably discuss what was available and what they could offer. Klick were able to tailor our workspace to exactly what we needed with suggestions and guidance on finishes and layout. The work was scheduled in for when was most suitable for us and was carried out with the minimum of fuss, on time and to budget. We will certainly be using Klick Technology again when it comes time to update the rest of our production floor and offices...

PROJECT BRIEF
Pandect Precision Components were looking to refurbish their tired assembly and wiring area. They struggled to get quotes from various subcontractors and were looking for a company to offer a complete service.
Electronics Workshop Design
The project required the development of bespoke workstations to suit the needs of the production team. Our area manager was able to offer advice on design details, layout and materials required for the production space. A Trespa panel was fitted under each workstation to provide a mounting for the soldering irons, to avoid scorching after use. Magnetic steel boards were fitted behind each workspace to enable drawings to be fixed with magnets. The benching was designed to accommodate volume extraction units to extract fumes from soldering.
Refurbishment of Electronics Workshop
Our contracts manager advised on upgrading the lighting, including the provision of task lighting for each workspace which was fitted under the workstation shelves. The refurbishment included blocking up a window to make best use of the available space, with new flooring & decoration to complete the room.
