We enjoyed a positive working relationship with Klick, both on site and with the office staff. Klick managed to supply extra furniture, having already started on site and the installation was still completed within the original timeframe. Klick are a well managed operation and the project ran very smoothly.

PROJECT BRIEF
The architect wanted to create a distinctive look for this new build science block. 20mm Speckled Grey Trespa was selected as the neutral worktop material throughout. Colour accents were added to the furniture with selected contrasting door fronts to signify the location of specialist equipment in each room. A matching entrance door indicates the room’s particular purpose and helps students to orientate themselves. Label slots were also requested for all door and drawer fronts as the school found this to be useful in their previous labs.
Klick liaised closely with Kier throughout the project. Site surveys were carried out to ensure all service positions were correct prior to fitting the furniture. Some on site modifications were made to the furniture to accommodate alterations made during the construction process. We also had to work closely on delivery scheduling, as there was very restricted access.
Kier were impressed with Klick’s level of service throughout the project and our fitters were awarded the coveted ‘Hob Nob’ award for their efforts.
