Kettering Buccleuch Academy
Klick Technology worked closely with the FFE consultant to develop the specification to meet the design brief for the furniture at the Kettering Academy. The end result is a practical and modern environment catering for many different disciplines for children aged 3-18, from nursery height sinks to science laboratories and technology rooms suitable for A level students. Klick’s installation team worked to a high standard, liaising closely with other trades and progressed efficiently through the site as rooms became available.

PROJECT BRIEF
The FFE consultant had quite specific themes in mind for the furniture at this state of the art academy. Klick worked closely with Isis to develop the specification to meet the design brief.
The new build academy provides facilities for nursery, primary and secondary aged children. Some of the corridor spaces have been utilised by providing low level hand wash areas which can be shared by two primary classrooms.
Painted walls and tiles provide bright colour accents whilst the furniture is mostly neutral/grey. All practical rooms are fitted with worktops made from 16mm Trespa. The staff area features high gloss contemporary doors.
